Returns/Shipping Policy
Returns
are accepted on full price merchandise for refund within 7 days of receiving your order, and for exchange or store credit within 14 days. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. Shoes and handbags must be in their original packaging. Sale items are a final sale. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or receipt indicating the items you are returning to ensure proper credit.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. We provide a pre-paid UPS return label with your order for your convenience. A return ship fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Use of the pre-paid label is not required. You may send returns using any method you choose. For your protection, please ship insured or with a signature required. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit.
